"Great location . Very busy but staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is very expensive . All the elevators were not working on a very very busy weekend. Nice large room and comfortable beds."

"Convenient place to stay near the airport and pretty good deals too. The staff at check in were very friendly and accommodating. My only real complaint is the lack of a refrigerator in the room."

"The front desk staff didn't tell us that some floors have no refrigerator in the room! They didn't tell us to use the room card as a key card for the parking garage. After all, they try to charge us twice for overnight parking. They didn't tell us that the parking lot has a high limit, and the roof cargo hit the selling. Terrible experience!"
