"No early check in unless IHG member. Was told by staff several times that I couldnt get an early check in "because I booked through expedia". Hotel is fine but wouldn't stay again. Inside feels outdated and seems a little dark/gloomy with gray hallways and one elevator at far end of hotel (opposite far end from check in desk & past many rooms) which felt very uncomfortable walking that far to check in with young children. "I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"
