"Clean and pleasant"

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a family event in RI. This is a big hotel and there were a few events scheduled on the same day of our stay. The hotel was packed. We requested early check-in but it was not possible because the hotel was completely booked. We arrived at the hotel after the family event, there was a convention at an exterior tent. The music was loud, but we were at the 6th floor and we were informed the event would end at 11, which it did. Besides that, it was a great stay. I...

"The room was clean; The staff was nice, especially June at the reception; The airport shuttle was not available to pick us up from the airport, and even it was pouring down rain, from the hotel we were told that we need to take a taxi, which we had to, not having any other choice; The breakfast could have a little bit more varieties, and the hotel would benefit from some renovation."

"the bathroom floor was dirty and the tub had lots of dirt. the lamp shades were all crooked as-well as the curtain for the balcony. the manager was also very rude due to her not knowing the check in age policy which was very frustrating. 2/10 from me."
