"It was over priced for the quality of quality inn. Coming in was difficult, the carts were worn out and the side walk uneven. That's not a big deal however there is not a single handicapped accessible entrance in the entire building so we were forced to hold a 20 lb door while also trying to maneuver a cart, uphill, inside, all while concierge noticed but did nothing. I feel bad for potential handicapped people who will not be able to get in and out without assistance. The hot tub was very small and dirty with visible film bubbles. Afterwards wanting to shower is an understatement, the hot water in our room was lukewarm at Best and this didn't change, even the following morning after the majority of guests had checked out. Breakfast was the only positive take away. Whoever is in charge of setting that up, was on point and should get some props. All in all I probably won't be using this hotel again for future stays just due to the lacking of what it means to be able to say your a quality place."

"Room and staff were great and friendly. Complementary breakfast needs some work. Had better breakfast at a motel. Waterpark is small and more for little kids. People bring animals there and dont pick up after their animals. As soon as you step outside there is dog poop all over. Not to mention all the yellow snow right in frontbof the door. Like come people if your not going to pick up after your pets at least walk them to the other side of the parking lot"

"Despite a no-smoking policy, our room smelled strongly of cigars when we checked in. We were told we could not be moved to another room because we booked through Expedia. (It was a Sunday night in February and they admitted they had many open rooms.) Even after housekeeping sprayed air freshener, the strong odor remained. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and were of mediocre quality."

"This place is a total scam. I booked 2 nights. When I went to check in there was a small crowd of people also trying to check in. They took my money and there’s no one there to check me in"

"Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Decor is a bit outdated but typical for up north inn. Towels were large and very soft. Appreciated that. Overall a great experience and will go back."
