"I was expecting to be able to swim but the pool was out of order and had been for several months. This should have been divulged so that I could have chosen a different property. He treadmill in the gym did not work. The weightlifting system was missing a bench and had a folding chair replacing it in the room. I had to go downstairs and request cleaning products so I could clean the headboard on the beds and all the surfaces by time I finish cleaning the surfaces the towel that I use was trash....

"The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Beale Street and a variety of great restaurants, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—everything was served fresh, and the quality of the food was excellent. Adjoining the hotel is Starbucks coffee-It was a great way to start your day. "Property was very nice, except extremely bad communication on the observation deck hours. The lady at the desk did not inform us that it was on limited hours and it was not posted anywhere. We were only told that it was closing early Sunday. We ended up checking out early due to having nothing else to do safely. Most all activities around us were closed and there is only so much you can do in a bass pro to keep entertained. When hours of things change signs need to be posted and employees...
