"The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of...

"We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. "Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...
