I booked the Manor hotel cause I had a night to spend befor my next flight early in the morning- the ladys taking care of the guests were helpful and friendly- my room was very small but cosy- with a nice bathroom- a waterboiler was there to make tea or coffee! And even a small fridge! They have a beautiful garden in front ! Over all it was a perfect stay!

Tranquil Comfort
A wonderful stay in a gorgeous and tranquil place. Maple Manor Hotel is close to Gatwick Airport and some great places to eat. Brilliant place to stay, just be prepared to carry your luggage up the staircase - happily did this for the restful night. Very comfortable and room is HUGE

Do Not Stay At Maple Manor
Checked in and paid, looked at room and accommodation, it was NOT as pictures indicated. It was creepy for different different reasons, 15 minutes later checked out, asked for refund and was denied.

The property is located on the highway. Nowhere to walk. Property itself has very poorly lit. Our room was in the darkness at the rear of hotel and difficult to find unless shown. Room door does not lock properly.

This quaint little place is conveniently located closer to S. Terminal at Gatewick Airport. Considerably quiet considering the runway is very close. Nothing to eat within walking distance except for the small breakfast they serve for a few hours. The bedding was clean and comfy.

Ser ut som et hyggelig sted utenpå , men skinnet bedrar. Starter med at det tar veldig lang tid å sjekke inn fordi betalingsterminalen ikke har dekning, ikke mulig å få noe å spise hverken på hotellet eller i nærheten. Tv virker ikke grunnet dårlig nett, og det er mugg på badet. Styr unna

The staff were amazing and the property is very charming. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great. Unfortunately, for the 2 nights we stayed there, there was no warm water. I had 2 cold showers. One which was like having an ice bath, and the second Luke warm. After travelling for 10 hours, having a nice shower is a make it or break it thing. I would stay again, if they fix the water issues.

Property was a great choice for Gatwick Airport. However, it was unfortunate that the kitchen was closed and we didn't know till we arrived.

The location is very handy for Gatwick airport. There is a member of staff there all the time, parking is totally stress free, and if you have to leave early they leave you a breakfast. In our case, the lady just prepared everything a bit earlier than normal and left it all out for us to help ourselves. When thinking about costings, I think the parking was £5 a day, but factor in that you have to then get a taxi there and back, which is £17 each way, so add £35 on when deciding if it’s best to stay somewhere initially more expensive but with a shuttle….

Good bed near Gatwick but not much else
Brilliant bedrooms but lots of aircraft noise - bar areas very disappointing- need complete renovations but for bed to stay near airport and price we paid very acceptable- limited bar service from a cupboard but friendly staff especially Malibu who was charming and helpful

Oh my days - totally not like the website AND the Airport Car Parking is a NIGHTMARE ! I love the decor of the room, it looked lovely and the fact we had a family room, two rooms, that was fab BUT there was spiders and cobwebs so I asked for a hoover, and I ended up hoovering the whole quite and I am sure it hadnt been hoovered for a while ... awful ! No restaurant or Bar (well a bar in a cupboard but can't really call it a bar...) Parking - well you think it's a great price - £5 a night but then it takes £23 to get a taxi to the airport so that adds another £46 plus price of Hotel .. but the WORST thing is .. we got blocked in ! The Hotel Lady did say Please ensure you park so you do not get blocked in but how do you do that ? There is no car park markings, and there wasn't many cars there (it was a gravel car park) so my husband parked the car but when we got back, there was a car parked one side and another parked in front but thankfully cos my husband parked near the end, no one had parked there so thankfully he managed to go back and forth a few times to squeeze out but it is STUPID ! Why on earth did people park like that .. literally cars were blocked in all over the place ! I would NEVER stay here or park here again ... really really disappointed (and hubby moaned so I felt even worse for picking this place ! Thanks but no thanks)

Lovely property, comfy beds, excellent breakfast, and quiet. Great value for money. The property is a ten minute drive from the airport which was very convenient. While there are no close restaurants, they are a 10 minute drive away and the taxi arrived quite quickly and was not expensive. The only area for improvement is that the bathtub/shower needed a good scrub. Overall though, we would absolutely stay again.

Overall a good hotel
The overall hotel was nice. The breakfast could have been better, the jars could have had their tops on as the nuts seemed to be soft which wasn’t nice! And the fruit seemed very soft and tasted a bit funny. More variety of gluten free stuff would have been good. The bathrooms were quite mouldy and the shower looked as though it could do with replacing. But the rest of the room was great standard :)

We booked a king size room and we’re put in a small room in an poorly insulated extension which became terribly hot during the day and stayed hot well into the night. The air conditioning unit was temperamental, members of staff did not know how to make it work and the fan we were given incredibly noisy… certainly not a great experience

This is not an airport hotel. Took a bus ride and a one mile walk to get from airport. No evening meal, needed taxi or another one mile walk to get to nearest pub with food or local shop. Would be fine for someone with car.
