"Very convenient location just steps from the north terminal and only a quick free monorail from south terminal. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Good shower temperature and pressure. Very quiet for hotel so close to airport. Redterant food and staff good but a little expensive. Bar unfriendly."
"Restaurant food was good. Friendly staff. However, don’t rely on the shuttle to get you to the terminal. Two didn’t come so we were 40 mins late for checkin. It’s run by a 3rd party - but….."
"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."
"The bedroom was clean and the bed is comfortable but the elevators were out of service. You would have to climb the stairs all the way to the top with your luggage. Not cool"
