"This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "Key card not available, I had no keys for my whole stay and had to wait for someone to come let me in my room, hence did not feel safe or comfortable. Credit card system was down, they only accepted cash. Not staying here again."

"I feel that the distance and amount of stairs it takes to get to the pool is ridiculous. Any one of a certain age or disability cannot use this facility, which was the reason we booked this hotel. I stayed 6 days/5 nights and never saw housekeeping once, emptied my own trash every day. The breakfast was wonderful so kudos to them on that. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. They need to put something on the bottom of the chairs in the dinning room to mute the horrible sound the chairs make...

"Hotel was okay... I think they are going through renovations? Items were for sale in the lobby... walls scratched in the hallway on the way to the room. Breakfast was okkkkk. Went to Starbucks after ha ha. Just stayed one night, so it was fine. The lady at the front desk was super nice."

"One of the elevators was not working the Corridor felt dirty and the rooms feel and look worn down."

"Love the convient location to places I need to frequent. Easy on and off the interstate. I had a better stay compared to last year when remodeling was going on strong. Stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Loved the shower, without the tub. The breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty choices. Staff was very friendly. I hope the remodeling includes refreshing the seat covering in the dining area. They are thread bare."

"I am usually not a complainer with hotel room, but this room smelled like a dirty diaper. Visually, the bed, bathroom, furniture was clean, so the smell might have been coming from the carpet"

"My room was not very clean. The door was not closing, there was a smell in the room. They were no curtains on the windows. There was a lot of light coming in through the windows. I could not asleep due to the light in my room when I went to check for breakfast there was a couple things just sitting in the kitchen area. Self-serving I was expecting breakfast to be served. I get what I pay for not staying there again."
