"The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. "The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was great and the room was spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here and will recommend this hotel to others."

"The bar area was stylish and welcoming with a warming fire. The staff were friendly and accommodating which gave a relaxed atmosphere. Food was great (1 Sunday roast and 2 steaks) and reasonably priced. We had a 1 night stay in a courtyard room which was a good size and perfect as we had a dog with us. A decent breakfast set us up for the next day. Highly recommend."
