"Ok, I was thrilled with this property for the first bit of time. Clean and well organized. Super friendly desk check in!!! He was very kind helpful and empathetic to me being very worn out from traveling. The room was nice. But when I woke up in the night and felt something crawling on me. Ants! Not just a couple of random just got in ants. A trail of ants. My issue is that I don’t feel these were some rogue group of ants wondering in. I shook them from the blankets and off the bed. But no use I couldn’t go back to sleep. I had to get up and leave. They need a better bug guy. The rest of the morning I felt like something was on me. I really don’t like saying anything negative online, but it’s a red flag for me that ownership needs to make a big free room a priority. Otherwise once they clean up the extra guests this was a nice place."

"I booked a 1 week stay for work, had a family emergency and had to leave for home on the second day. I called Expedia to let them know and ask about a refund for days not used. They called the front desk while I was on the phone with them, Expedia was ok with modifying my itinerary and so was American Inn and Suites, for a 2 night charge at regular rate for $221. I was ok with that. I had stayed Sunday and Monday, checked out Monday night around 8pm. I drove all night and day, got home Tuesday evening around 8pm. Friday came and American Inn had charged motherly weekly rate, when I called to talk to Tristan (the manager) he said he couldn’t refund me, that was for Expedia to do. Expedia was the one that approved it, American Inn agreed and then turn around and charge me full weeks rate even though I wasn’t there. Tristen even went further and told Expedia, while I was on the phone, that I didn’t check out until Sunday at noon…. Even though I checked out Monday night and had receipts to prove it. What a shady way to run a business. They tell you one thing and then do another. Them pulling the full amount of $596 instead of $221 overdrafted outr bank account, after agreeing to refund us, is definitely bad business. I don’t recommend staying with them at all."

"The airport shuttle was not available as the key to the vehicle was lost. The bathroom to our room was not cleaned well as the previous guests soap was still in the shower, and there was hair on the floor. There was a lot of wear and tear on the overall property. "

"Rooms were very dated and dorm-like, but clean. It was very convenient and close to the airport. Breakfast was complimentary and offered several selections; the staff was also very friendly."

"I travel a LOT! This was probably the nicest hotel I have ever encountered!!! Nothing I can criticize....lots of nice little things...huge water pressure in the shower...great shower head....ultra quiet heater/AC.....super comfortable bed...I overslept!!! And, hot fresh Cinnamon rolls!!"
