"I made the reservation. I didn’t paid right away but I gave my card info. they didn’t contact me before cancel my reservation when I came to get the room they said they give the room to someone else. I end up paying 800 dollars for one night sleep an hour from Chicago. Not fair!!!"
"It smelt like mildew they had drug addicts in there and drug dealers. It was falling apart. Paint was chipping all over the place and the hallway was worse very very bad. I will never go back there again. and they charge me $110 for a $67 room and I couldn’t even sleep in it. My sister-in-law got sick and we was here on a funeral trip. Well we missed half of the funeral because we was in the hospital for the most of the morning not acceptable at all."
"Ms. Paula at the front desk was incredibly helpful during my stay. She ensured that my reservation was kept even when though I checked in at 9PM as opposed to the 3PM check-in time.
Bernard was also incredibly helpful. When my keys were not working, he made his way to my room and showed me how to do it, always with a helpful attitude.\
