The staff were helpful and obliging and the breakfast had excellent choices that’s why I gave the Crooked Swan an overall review of excellent! A quirky but beautifully furnished room with an excellent shower. We shall return.

Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, originella och fint inredda rum. Fina lyxiga produkter i badrummet gav ett extra plus. Crewkerne kändes för oss som en söt dold pärla mitt i Somerset. Det är lite genomfartstrafik precis utanför hotellet men inget som störde oss, då vårt fönster vette mot den charmiga innergården. Billig parkering finns 5 min promenad bort. Frukosten är enkel och klassisk - du beställer från en meny - men äggröran otroligt god! Tänk på att det inte finns hiss, så packa gärna i mindre väskor eller ryggsäck:)

Amazing bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. Nice period decor. Will return. Small tweaks to suggest - the poor live plant in my room was in bad need of water and pot bound. Add mattress cover?

Easy check in, great apartment, great hosts, we ate in the restaurant here and it was expensive but worth the money for sure. I’d come back here again for sure and wouldn’t have any issue putting visiting family/friends up here. Great all round experience.

Had a fantastic weekend at the Swan. Very helpful staff, great room, lovely pub garden, and tasty breakfasts! Absolutely perfect for me and my pals. Will remember for the next time I'm in Somerset!

Wonderful place to stay in central Crewkerne. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was exactly as pictured. The room was so unique! Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy at night but we had our window open. Highly recommend!

The Swan is amazing. The food was excellent. My partner and I both had a 3 course evening meal -fighting each other over the dessert, so we shared. Our room had so many quirky thing's in it. We will stay here again.

Good location but noisy town centre

The Crooked Swan is a nice place to stay in. We had a positive experience in general, except for one of the days, when the room was not done on our return late in the afternoon, and the reason they gave us was that they skipped it and later told me that they had a busy lunch. In any case the restaurant was very good and I highly recommend it. One other thing that bothered us is the amount of traffic outside the hotel, with heavy lorries and trucks going through town which made it really noisy to the point where you cannot open the windows. The staff was nice and breakfast was very good.

Chic, nice, comfortable with room for slight impro

Busy pub and there was only one member of staff working so we waited with our bags at the bar until a big order of drinks had been dealt with. The room was very comfortable, a couple of hairs in the sink. Decorated nicely with antiques. No sugar or milk in the room but we asked for some at the bar downstairs. A hair dryer would have been handy. The evening menu was limited so we dined elsewhere. The cooked breakfast was really good. We would have slept better had it not been for an energetic menage a trois above us. Not the hotel's fault.
