"We booked the Superior Apartment which has a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Clean large bathroom. Plenty of closet spaces. We loved it. Highly recommend. Short walk to Old Town, Wawel Castle and other attractions. "

"Beatiful old building carefully decorated.Room was spacious elegant and spotless.staff were friendly and helpful.Organised trip to Auschwitz for us.excellent service.Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room was quiet and peacefull.We requested a room overlooking the square and were delighted with our 4th floor room with small balcony and view across the square and the lovely Chrismas tree.Thank you for a woderful weekend.Will definatey return and recommend to others"

"Every part of this hotel was above our expectations. From checking in the staff were all professional and friendly and polite. "All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist.
