"Property is clean, spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. Windows are well insulated so you don’t hear street noise. There’s a lounge/bar on the ground floor courtyard that’s playing music until early in the morning but the slight noise we hear in our apartment doesn’t bother us. Cons is it’s a little worn & could improve with a fresh coat of paint, reupholster sofa bed etc.. The location more than makes up for this small matter. "Mathew at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He helped research transportation options to/from Auschwitz and made valuable suggestions as it was our first time in Poland. The property is on a quiet street yet within comfortable walking distance of Wawel Castle and Market Square. The room was absolutely gorgeous as was the rest of the hotel. We used the sauna/pool and rooftop patio. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast one morning."
