"We stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sault Ste. Marie and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It felt modern and comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of space to spread out after a long day of traveling. "Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined."

"While we did like the location, the cabin we stayed in needed a good cleaning. we never realized until we went to bed that the sheets hadn’t been changed. The office was closed so we just used our sleeping bags as we have them along with us. I wanted to talk with the front desk person when we left but the office was closed again, so never got a chance to. We have stayed in many motels on our cross Canada trip. The price for the night was about $50 more than we’ve paid for much nicer...

"Nice clean room. Loved having access both inside and outside to the parking lot on the main level. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful - pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend."

"Absolutely disgusting. Food under one bed and used towels as well as hairs, looked like pubic, in the bed. Transfered to another room where it was about the same but with an added dildo under the bed. Left immediately. Stay away."
