"This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...

"Breakfast was basic, with hot waffles but no proteins. Air conditioner worked fine. Room was clean but furniture worn. "

"Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. "The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel"

"This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! "
