"Having strong air conditioning was appreciated during the heat wave. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods and is a good benefit for the cost of accommodation. I also had a great entree for a late lunch at the restaurant. Parking around the hotel is limited, so if you have a rental as we did, plan accordingly. We were able to find parking in the alleyway adjacent to the hotel."

"The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood close to the port, small stores, and restaurants. It only takes 35 minutes to walk to the Old Town, which is a pleasant stroll. Spacious room with good amenities and a balcony for stunning sunset viewing. A very generous buffet breakfast. Kind and helpful staff."

We were told Breakfast wasn't available, also told it wasn't open as well as told it wasn't part of our package so not really sure in the end! "A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though. Check-in from 2pm means exactly this,...

"They need more staff for the restaurants at the facilities. The wait times were abhorrent for such a high rated resort. Felt bad for the staff because they can only do so much. Management needs to do better and get more staff or lose more stars."

"We went in late June early July. Great staff who were really helpful , lovely spacious hotel with relaxed feel and outstanding views (we got sea view with balcony) . Lovely walk around Cavtat peninsula. So pretty. Stunning sunsets. Food and drink (cocktails tea coffee wine beer, g&t) was excellent local fares (we went out of season) .
