"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay and honestly felt that the resort exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the villas rather than the main hotel and traveled with our two young daughters. We drove from Budapest and found the entire arrival process very easy. We parked in the designated parking area, took the short ferry ride across, and the staff brought our luggage directly to our room. The villa was excellent. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, the water pressure was great,...
