"Management staff rude always trying to add to the pricing. Doesn’t understand or care about published pricing. Always arguing. Doesn’t know rules or laws about service dogs. My room needed a lot or repairs. Sheets had holes. Throw away Smoke detectors inoperable had exposed wires"

"Me and my girlfriend just would have been more happier if they would have at least had like more vending machines like a soda machine, snack machine can't remember that ice machine or not but I think they did but we still have a little more vending options than anything else but other than that you were happy with the service"

"The check in staff was very friendly. The room I was originally assigned smelled like smoke, apparently the last guest missed the memo about no smoking in the rooms, the front desk receptionist was very efficient about moving me quickly to a very clean room that I was happy with. Breakfast was make your own waffles, I love that, along with choice of OJ or apple juice, coffee or tea, yogurt and cereal. Good way to start the day, nice it was included. "

"Nice, clean...fairly new hotel. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Bed comfortable, little soft. Bathroom nice, shower only. Good size room. Included fridge and microwave. "I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental."

"Great staff, beautifully maintained all around. But it’s lipstick on a pig…. The beds are not comfortable which I believe had a lot to do with the fluffy pillows that flatten within a minute of laying on them. We needed 3 each and still had horrible sleep and a kinked neck that was actually not caused from riding rides at six flags since we didn’t prior to the forest nights sleep. Don’t call for more towels either because housekeeping is like it’s not ran by the same people, because they didn’t...

When we went upstairs to our room the AC was off and when we turned it on it wasn’t working we called the desk. The first and second call nobody is answering the phone.
