"Clean and spacious room"

"My stay at Sandman was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed superb. Didn't use amentities (pool, fitness room), but they looked good from the doors. It would be very helpful if the hotel had a free shuttle from and to the airport. Just a suggestion. I also suggest microwaves in each room"

NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND HOW THE HOTEL WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE RESERVATION WAS FOR 5 PEOPLE, AND WHEN ARRIVED THEY NOT ACCOMMODATED ME AND MY FAMILY ACCORDING TO MY RESERVATION. I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION, SINCE I HAVE THE SAME RESERVATION FOR JUNE 27"

"M it would’ve been nice to be notified on time about the building being under construction, as well as not having a breakfast area nor pool. This would’ve led me to a different decision when booking."

"Our room had numerous stains of a dark color throughout the room. We had a bad experience in the restaurant after check in. We were seated our order was taken, our drinks were brought then our server just disappeared. A different server brought our food which included the incorrect salad and missing spinach and artichoke appetizer. She took back the incorrect salad brought the correct which was less than pleasing taste wise. They finally brought the appetizer after we starting eating our ...

"Elevator was down, 3rd floor hallway smelled like mold, pool was down, staff was not on top of anything. Room itself was clean. Place wasn’t expensive but staff and issues makes it hard to suggest"

"We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay."

"Breakfast was good. Location was easy to navigate in and out of. AC was ok but could have been better. Pool was ok. Hot tub was heated but the jets didn't work. Overall it was a good stay."

"The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great"

"The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed."
