"Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and not worth the prices charged for it. Very adverage food. "

"First time at the western house hotel and was very impressed.
First impressions are important and the member of staff at reception was welcoming and super efficient..she sorted out dinner for us and went over and above to ensure a great stay.
Room was spacious and clean. Huge bathroom!
Breakfast was amazing and fantastic value..
Would definitely recommend..."

"Lovely warm welcome and a great place to spend New Year’s Eve. This was our second trip to The Marine Troon and each time we have been really impressed by the team throughout the hotel, the rooms and the most impressive setting. It’s hard to believe you’re only 30mins or so from Glasgow "
