"This place was pretty run down and not particularly clean. The exterior was especially dirty - the same cigarette butts and broken glass lying around the whole time (3 days) that we were there. Ice maker didn't work. Pool and hot tub did not look clean so we did not end up using them. The person attending the front desk, breakfast bar, etc. was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating despite being responsible for what seemed like multiple jobs. She was the only employee we saw all weekend."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Glendale-Westgate. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells fresh and clean, which immediately sets a great first impression. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The location is perfect—only about a 10-minute walk to State Farm Stadium. It’s so convenient if you’re attending a concert, football game, or soccer match because you don’t have to worry about getting an Uber. There are also plenty of restaurants and a nearby shopping area, which makes everything super accessible. The coffee was great, and although we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, everything else about our stay was excellent. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Didn't park (no car). Parking lot lit well. Price o.k. I guess. Pretty average for this time of year Staff awesome 😎💯. (But don't call, phone rings forty or fifty times before someone answers.) All in All, I'd say not bad Not great but, not bad You get what you pay for. Great staff though !!"

"The room was nice and really clean. I didn’t expect not to have service in my room however we were able to connect to the wifi. I guess now thinking about it was nice to disconnect. If you get the fireplace patio, I suggest to just have someone come and turn it on as you check in as it’s something to easily forget and once the front desk is closed, you can’t have someone turn on the fire pit. Bring bug spray for sure to enjoy sitting outside. Don’t forget your ID for the pool! the pool is part of the bar. The bar food was really good btw, the fish tacos were so good! & don’t forget to use your $15 dollar food credit daily! Otherwise you’ll miss out on your credit for the day. The ice cream at check in office is so good! Use your free ice cream voucher! They give you a parking pass which is cool. Overall I felt safe! neighborhood was decent. The rooftop bar was cute. A lot of cute photo spots. As picky as i am, i’d comeback, I really enjoyed myself overall. I loved the exclusivity of it, the vibes and ambiance was cool and modern. This was a spontaneous bday weekend getaway and I got lucky, turned out better than expected! the robe in the room was a plus! I’d get the room with the fire pit poolside patio again! it’s an open view shower btw! ( like your roommate would have to step outside to avoid seeing you naked lol) but if your with your hunny this is perfect! (;"
