"The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. The stay would have been better if the parking was clearly listed and that the WiFi signal goes to the rear bedroom as well. But other than that it was a great experience. Would highly recommend...

"We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. Comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure for the showers and simple check in and check out process. A quick 5 - 10 min walk in to town and a moderate climb back up which wasn't too bad. Plenty of beaches, shops and bars near by and a great convenient location in St Ives to stay. Mount View Hotel B&B

Mount View Hotel B&B

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely welcome from the proprietor. Breakfast was amazing and offered a great choice. Staff all lovely, especially the proprietor, breakfast lady and housekeeper. Very comfy bed and toiletries, hairdryer provided. Only slight annoyance was that my room (5?) was next to a bathroom, for the use of guests in another room (4?). They used it late at night and left the light on, which triggered the extractor, making an annoying noise which disturbed my sleep. Not the hotelier’s fault, but maybe a sign could go up asking politely for the light to be switched off when bathroom not in use? All else was perfect though"
