"Breakfast coffee and pastries were great"

"Breakfast was good. Room was underwhelming. Large rip in window curtains, loud squeaky bathroom door and room phone didn’t work."

"We had a few issues with the amenities. The shower/tub drain was extremely slow, the hair dryer did not work. The lighting in the wash sink is poor. The staff addressed the first two items when be brought it to their attention. Two days in a row an egg omelet, diced warm potatoes, and a sausage patty with cheese in the middle was served. I didn't care for the flavor of any of it. I left more than 1/2 each day. For the cost of the stay the breakfast is subpar. The next time we're in the...

"Decent motel for the cost. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and well equipped. Easy access to food and highways. Would stay again. "

"Unfortunately compared to everyone else's reviews & great experiences my experience was absolutely awful & extremely strange! I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and on the 5th day i had to go inside the office & book another day unlike the other 4 days i booked online well i booked the room and paid for it and when i went up to the counter and gave me name the receptionist "

"They didn’t have available the two queen suite I paid for. Stated they were overbooked and it was expedias fault the “3rd party”, that the room they sold me wasn’t available… !! Also, wouldn’t give any money back for the issue, I just got a lower room category which was a disgraceful way to handle it. "

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"The staff was good. The area was nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The carpet and duvet cover were worn. The tv has seen better days. For one night it was fine. It was a big room, plenty of space to spread out. If you are staying for a work trip and only using the room to sleep, it fine"

"Overall, the hotel was very clean, quiet and overall met our expectations. Really appreciated having the allergens listed on the food choices for breakfast and almond milk options, etc. Staff was responsive and professional. Lots of storage in room, large fridge and kitchen area."
