"Our whole stay was amazing. We had the best staff member who cleaned our room, gave us extra towels and made sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone going to Ireland to stay here. So close to public transportation and just a wonderful hotel."

"Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was immaculate. Unlike other hotels the breakfast was cooked to order and tasted great. We had an evening meal there too which was also lovely. We used the swimming pool too and the underground parking facility meant we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. If we come back for another trip to Dublin, we would 100% stay here again."

"It was a great location, although it’s outside the main stream Dublin it is so easy to get around via bus or train. The apartment was nice and spacious and it was great to have a full size oven with four burner hob. The kitchen/dining/living room combo was great. Having the washer & dryer in suite was great. The bed was quite firm which worked for me but challenged my husband, but that’s all a personal preference. The welcome starter items were fantastic. Coffee, tea, milkers, sugar, laundry...

"Really nice hotel a little ways from the busiest tourist areas. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet before heading out for the day. Room was very clean and quiet, even facing the street side. We would absolutely stay again next time we are in Dublin."

"Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! "We splurged on a single night here upon arriving in Dublin and it was so worth it. We made a beeline for the pool when we arrived and it did wonders to help us shake off travel fatigue. "The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep.
