"We were booked in a deluxe king room. I felt it was small for a deluxe room. The bus was right outside the door so that was great! I’m not sure if it’s Ireland, but there was no fridge in the room, nor ice machines. The staff were very helpful! They were able to answer all of our questions and were very attentive. "We splurged on a single night here upon arriving in Dublin and it was so worth it. We made a beeline for the pool when we arrived and it did wonders to help us shake off travel fatigue. The staff was excellent, our room was gorgeous and spacious and quiet, and we were walking distance from so many wonderful places. We would go back in a second! Thank you so much!"

The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! "Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was immaculate. Unlike other hotels the breakfast was cooked to order and tasted great. We had an evening meal there too which was also lovely. We used the swimming pool too and the underground parking facility meant we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. If we come back for another trip to Dublin, we would 100% stay here again."

"The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. Thank you!"
