"I was in town to visit m father who was dying, he passed away during my stay. I had to extend my stay twice and was easily accommodated each time by the amazing staff. As well when they found out why I was in town I received a knock at my door shortly after arriving at my room. One of the staff had a tray with a flower, some food items and a very thoughtfully written card from Brandon. I cannot express how much this gesture meant to me. This made my stay very personable and comfortable in a very hard time. I cannot thank you all enough. There are good people in this world."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights for leisure with my wife. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. One small inconvenience was that complimentary bottled water was not provided. I tried calling room service to request some, but my calls were not answered. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean accommodations and polite service."
