"This hotel is really nice, way better than I expected. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely clean and tidy. The service here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. She gave me great travel tips, and even walked me to the room to explain everything in detail. She was warm and attentive the whole time, and helped me a lot. This is honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever had. All the appliances are brand new--dish washer, clothes washer and dryer set, microwave, stove, fridge. Large windows as shown. Quiet street below."

"Beautiful property, helpful staff. We arrived after departing a cruise ship, so we were there at 10am fully expecting to leave our bags at the bell desk for the day until 4pm check in, but they welcomed us with open arms and got us into our room right then and there! We ate at the hotel restaurant with the $10 off coupon. Took about 20 minutes to get our cocktail after ordering (only a couple of other patrons), and all of our food came at the same time even though we asked for appetizer first....
