Our room was very nice with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, including a coffee maker in our room and a mini fridge. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was very nice. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The property is in a beautiful setting and the Capilano room is lovely. There could be some more homey touches - the bed sheets were polyester with no top sheet and one choice of blanket. Breakfast was decent - an omelette, fruit and eggo waffles.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Michael is a wonderful host, and we really enjoyed our chats with him over breakfast. The view is stunning, and there is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the rushing river right outside your window. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch. We highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be back!

The Hideaway room in the basement.. when checked in it had no HVAC RUNNING.. there no A/C.. only dehumidifier and heater.. no windows that you open.. smelled aweful, after difficult sleep, i had headache and allergies.. may be mould? I dont think that should be rentable. please refund 50% of my cost. Thanks
