"Cleanest resort I have ever been on. Grounds are immaculate and the beaches are outstanding. Enjoyed the food very much and the ala carts were very good. Highly recommend this resort. Worth the money and an outstanding value for a 5 star resort. Special shout out to Jonathan, server at the buffet. He was very funny and a pleasure to deal with"

"The resort is small but has everything you need however from the moment we stepped on the property we were very aware of the separation made between people who have premium and the rest of the guests. In addition the kids klub staff is lovely however they only keep the kids for the activity which is unpredictable for timing so you can’t really plan anything without kids and they had my kids touch a snake which I’m fairly sure gave them ecoli:( they sent them to us with instructions to wash their hands rather then do it with them immediately. I’m assuming my 6 year old touched her mouth prior to washing them and was horribly ill within 24 hours. Was really unfortunate and terrible way to end our trip :("

"We had included breakfast in our package, which was 2 fried eggs in salsa, fresh fruits and a drink. Hotel 8 minutes walking to beach Chahue which is not swimmable and 10 minutes to Santa Cruz which is good for swimming takes 10-15 to walk downtown or taxi ride for 50 pesos"

"It's a fraud that they offer the rooms on the first floor as "ocean view", the balcony is in front of the pool so the view is really just people sunbathing on sun loungers right outside your window. You have to keep the curtains closed at all times if you don't want to feel like you're in a shop window."
