"The breakfast wasn't great. There was a waffle maker, but other choices were very limited. Coffee was ok. Inside the hotel felt a bit run down. But the room was quiet, and plenty of locks for the door. Plenty of towels. "

"Took about 20 minutes for someone to attend, floor was dirty, sheets were stained, towels were small. Not sure how this hotel has a 7+ rating."

"Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated that the room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, one concern did impact our experience. There was a group of young guests nearby who were quite loud late into the night, using profanity and drinking into the early hours. As our room was conjoined, we could clearly hear an argument that broke out, which made it difficult to get adequate rest. Unfortunately, we had a long drive the following day—originally 13 hours, extended to 15 due to traffic and an accident—so the lack of sleep made the journey especially exhausting. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, we do wish the noise disturbance had been addressed, as it would have greatly improved our overall experience."

"Everything was pre-processed nobody cooking anything fresh just heat it up items. So we went to the restaurant that was next-door and had a great breakfast."

"Property is very run down. Ice machines were broken, tv was so dark picture was barely viewable, water pressure in shower was the weakest I have ever experienced. Will never stay at this hotel again."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and food. so location was great. staff was terrible and rude. check in acted like I had inconvenienced her. there were 4 of us on the reservation, had 2 towel sets, asked 2 different times for extra but never got it. breakfast ends at 9am, ok i get it, but my child was filling a cup of orange juice when they came over and turned the machine off on him mid pour. the next day i saw someone getting cereal (the milk was right next to the dispenser) he set his now full cereal bowl and as he reached for the milk she took it out of reach and said 'we closed'. these were only a few interactions. "
