"The iron set alight when it was plugged it in. It begun to spark and we had to unplug it and tell the staff on reception. The water wasn’t hot at all had to have a cold shower. The breakfast and staff and bed were all good. You do have to pay for parking also… £25 with a discount code. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Placed in a room on arrival then had to move as another couple walked into ‘my’ room to be told they had actually gave me wrong room. Had to go reception move to another room which was much smaller. Not safe for solo travellers the security with the keys is questionable"

"Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."
