Super clean and tidy. Staff was attentive. Very calm environment even tho conveniently located in the historic center, close to a variety of entertainment venues. Very good value for money.

The property is in a perfect location only three blocks from Calderon Park. The staff was friendly and the grounds well kept. Great value! I would stay here again.

Charming small hotel in Cuenca!
The hotel has a colonial style villa with several rooms and the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. There was anti bacterial liquid hand soap provided and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was satisfactory and perfect to start the day. Only issue was the wifi which was very slow but overall, it didn’t impact my stay too negatively.

One of the nicest boutique hotels I’ve seen in South America. The staff are very helpful, constantly going out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is very beautiful and all the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms and mattress were super comfy!!! The location is the best one to walk all the colonial side in Cuenca.

Beautiful, quaint hotel - had an amazing stay
This hotel is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, with couches and huge bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. The furniture and design is very modern and comfortable (comfy beds!). There is a safe in the room. The common areas (garden, sitting areas, breakfast room, lobby) are just lovely to relax or work. The location is excellent - close to all the attractions of Cuenca's historic centre. The property is very secure (always kept locked, with someone at the front desk). The staff are very friendly and provided excellent service and information. Beautiful, quaint, spacious - highly recommended. I had a very enjoyable stay.
