Hotel & Spa Hacienda de Cortés is a true gem, offering an unforgettable experience with its combination of history and. We were welcomed by a courteous and professional staff. The room was not only comfortable but impeccably clean. The beautiful gardens added to a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was an ideal spot to relax.We had a wonderful time.

This place is beautiful in its own way, amazing and unique. The gardens, landscaping, patios and the whole layout is just beautiful. But somehow to the ancestor's time period and somehow i got connected in a sad way, knowing what H Cortes did with the indigenous and slaves.

Es un hotel no del todo apto para adultos mayores ya que hay muchos escalones par accesar a los cuartos del edificio, los colchones ya estan muy aguados y deformes. El perdonal es amable. El gimnasio ya requiere modernizar o dar mantenimiento a los aparatos que hay. La alberca tie e temperatura agradable solo requiere constante limpieza de hojas y abejas.

La alberca helada y con mosaicos rotos y toda parchada reporte q estaba muy fría y dijeron lo atenderían y al día siguiente volvió a estar helada y súper sucia. Un hotel de 5 estrellas no puede tener una alberca así y encima pedí hablar con gerente y no estaba y ni una cortesía dieron y no pude nadar y pagué 15 mil pesos pésima atención y servicio.
