Hotel agradável mas com café da manha horrível

O hotel e muito bom e compensa muito pelo custo beneficio, atendentes simpáticos, quarto pequeno porém limpo e confortável, e a internet Wi-Fi de altíssima velocidade. No entanto o café da manha foi uma experiência decepcionante, tinha pouquíssimas opções e o que tinha não estava bom, e muita coisa fria como o ovo mexido e o molho de salsichas alem de produtos de baixa qualidade. Precisa melhorar o café da manha com urgência. Se pretende se hospedar e não faz questão do café da manhã vale muito a pena.

Funcionários despreparados sem água quente

Não tinha água quente no chuveiro de manha, recepcionistas não deram a mínima quando ligado e ainda desligaram o telefone na cara, não sabiam o próprio endereço do hotel nem da rua lateral, depois de muito tempo o manobrista nos falou qual era o nome da rua, no café da manhã tinha produto vencido.

Hotel confortável próximo a rodoviária e a um shop

Foi uma experiência agradável, apenas uma pequena diferença nos valores que consta no cardápio do quarto e entre o que foi cobrado na hora de fechar a conta.

Realizei a reserva do hotel, realizei o pagamento via cartão, porém no momento do check in, informaram que não constava minha reserva e que o hotel estava lotado, em razão de um evento na cidade, devem ter passado meu quarto para outro, tive que dormir no carro pois não haviam hoteis disponiveis na cidade.

Eu me hospedei dia 16/07 e dia 29/07 com o meu esposo, porém o quarto do dia 29 não foi tão bom quanto quanto do dia 16 o café da manhã é mto bom o valor da diária é razoável.

Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel, havia lido ótima crítica. O quarto é amplo (apesar de ficar num cama de solteiro), extremamente limpo, com um Wifi excelente, no entanto o café da manhã era péssimo: o café não era do dia, frutas passadas, pães secos, apenas o ovo mexido era comestível. Fui sortuda de ficar num quarto com janela para a rodoviária, durante a noite a não se ouve muito barulho, mas no período da manhã é difícil trabalhar. O custo benefício não vale.
