O hotel é bem legal, o quarto é ok, pena que o ar condicionado não estava esfriando o quarto adequadamente. O wi-fi deixou a desejar. O atendimento foi bom, bem atenciosa a moça que nos recebeu. Infelizmente o preço não condiz pelo o que foi oferecido. A localização dificultou um pouco o acesso. No entanto, o banheiro foi um ponto positivo pelo espaço.

Funcionários simpáticos, mas péssima localização

Os funcionários do local São muito simpáticos e solícitos, o que fez com que eu ficasse no hotel. Este hotel e MUITO simples, e a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. O café estava bom para o preço cobrado. O local e bem ruim, mal localizado e varios motoristas do uber me disseram que o bairro e perigoso.

Pousada simples mas que atendeu a necessidade com bom custo benefício. Empregados e vizinhos da pousada muito prestativos. O vizinho nos levou a vários lugares (evento, passeio, aeroporto, alimentação) por preços bons, bem abaixo dos cobrados pelos táxis locais.

Fui muito bem recepcionada, as poucas solicitações que fiz foram atendidas. O local no qual a pousada está situada é bem residencial, o que faz pensar se haveria mesmo uma pousada ali, mas a vizinhança é tranquila. Entretanto o atendimento é acolhedor, um café da manhã gostoso. Faltava o boxe do banheiro, mas isso não foi um problema para mim.

A funcionária que me recebeu ficou desconfiada quando eu disse ter reserva pela Internet. Me colocou num quarto pouco ventilado, quando insisti me mudou de quarto. O café da manhã não estava pronto no horário anunciado e o translado (uma vantagem pela distância do bairro até o aeroporto) era sujeito à disponibilidade (e não estava disponível quando chegamos). Acredito que fizeram o melhor possível, mas certamente houve despreparo.

Muito bom o atendimento, mas, está faltando comunicação entre o site "hoteis.com" e a "pousada dubai". Devido a esta falta de comunicação eu fui OBRIGADO a pagar em dobro a estadia. Puxa vida, espero que resolvam isto e solucionem também o meu caso em particular. Preciso ser reembolsado, pois paguei com o Cartão de Crédito a reserva pelo quarto e, também, paguei em dinheiro na recepção!!! Por favor, resolvam para mim, é uma situação muito chata.
