"The restaurant selection was poor. The main restaurant was very expensive and the quality did not match the price. We ate at this restaurant on Friday night! The bar in the main lobby was not staffed! The club lounge/bar downstairs was packed all the time. The did not have adequate staff to serve the many people trying to eat, and we were just ignored! I was able to snag a drink at the bar and take it upstairs to the lobby area since that bar was closed. However, we tried multiple times to get...

"The gym left a little to be desired. It's a couple of treadmills and thats about it. The eggs at breakfast were terrible. The staff were nice and very friendly. The ladies who took care of breakfast were nice and friendly. I would stay here again. "

"Our room was recently remodeled and was clean and spacious. A hot breakfast was available each morning with staff checking to see if we had enough. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a grass courtyard in the back with a fire pit and chairs around it. A picnic table was also available to use. We stayed a full week and will go back again. "

"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "
