I continue to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Culiacán Sinaloa. The staff are friendly and professional. The area is close to the shopping center and there are things to do near by. I feel safe whenever I stay at this hotel.

I 100% recommend

Staff if really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The food was great at hotel restaurant. Other restaurants are at walking distance, the one next door has excellent dining and drinks.

I did not like that after I had already paid with expedia and it was confirmed when checking in that the reservation was already paid. When checking out, the front desk person was trying to charge us for our stay again and we wasted so much time explaining. We ended up emailing her the expedia receipt to prove we had paid already.
