"Staff was absolutely amazing. Every single person from valet, front desk, room service, bellhop, etc. was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. That being said, I understood the Omni to have a high reputation, and that expectation was far from met. My room was small and basic, no different or better than hotels of lesser reputation. "Very disappointed with my stay at LaQuinta. Our room had a strong smell of urine. There was black mold in the shower and the walls were dirty. During our 3 day stay we never had our room cleaned or trash removed. When asked for towels we were asked to come to the main desk to pick them up. We were very disappointed and will not be staying at LaQuinta in the future."

"I made my reservation last minute. I think I arrived around 2 a.m. Check-in was painless and easy. My toom eas very nice, clean, comfortable, and no weird smells. The last time I stayed here they had just bought the building and were doing updates. I was interested in breakfast and one of the employees walked me all the way to the restaurant.
