Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace - All Inclusive

"We had a really good stay overall. The food was great, the service was good, and the hotel itself is very nice. The location is okay, although most places outside the resort are quite far away, so you do rely on transport if you want to go anywhere. The main negative was the taxi situation, and unfortunately it really affected our experience. We asked the hotel to help book us a taxi, but we were told we had to use the taxis waiting outside. Those drivers told us they do not use the meter, and they also said they have an arrangement between the local drivers and do not accept Uber jobs from the hotel area. We were quoted €25 for a journey of around 10 minutes, which is ridiculous. I tried booking Uber twice and no driver accepted, despite Uber working perfectly for our journey from Antalya Airport to the hotel. Luckily, we eventually found the local buses/minibuses, otherwise you could easily feel stranded at the resort or forced to pay inflated taxi prices. Apart from this, the hotel would have been an easy 5 stars for us. Swandor really needs to look into the taxi situation around the hotel and make sure guests have access to fair, metered transport. From a guest’s perspective, it gives the impression that the hotel is allowing or supporting this practice, which is disappointing considering how good the rest of the stay was."

"In fact, I expected the resort not to be beautiful, but the truth is exactly the opposite. The resort is very beautiful, large, wonderful rooms, and a very good restaurant for lunch, and very excellent in breakfast and dinner. The resort was really very full. The number is very huge. "Couple of people made a difference!!! Everything worked out at the end. But if uoubare from US and good AC in the middle of the summer important, pay extra to stay at the lagoon suits. Main building has nice rooms, all different categories and very nice but all have the same bad AC. Lagoon suits are separate standing ans newer. It was perfect. And you get your own restaurants for sit down option or go to main buffet."

"We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent. The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating. Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed. The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff. We would definitely return to this resort with our any problems."

"Amazing holiday at the Regnum. All the facilities are exceptional. The resort is huge. Always a sun lounger available on the beach or pool any time of the day. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Only thing the buffet didn't have a good selection of vegetarian hot food and the evening show is at 10pm which we found too late."
