"The Scot is one of the best if not the best accommodation for passer by’s through the picturesque town of Oban. Located in the very middle of everything, with restaurants, shops, and the Instagrammable little port not more than a couple of minutes walking distance away. Rooms are very well maintained and appointed. The bathrooms are a little small but modern and very clean. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Oban"

"Lovely views of Loch Awe. The driver wasn’t so happy about the long single track road but the other two enjoyed the solitude and quiet at the end of the road. Rooms are comfortable and all different."

"Our room was beautiful, cozy, clean, and we'll decorated. The staff were so nice and accommodating despite a flight change that left us checking in late and very hungry. They made us sandwiches and we're so kind. The location is wonderful and the property grounds are nice. Excellent breakfast. The continental was very well stocked and the menu items were delicious."

"The Whiskey Vault business runs a a bar restaurant plus a small hotel. The best of this accommodation is its convient town center location. The room we had is clean but space is really tight. When we arrived at around dinner time, the hotel receptionist was not there so we checked in with the staff at the bar. "The hotel was quaint and charming, a little old in places but nothing major. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner there and it was wonderful, other than they did not cook my steak correctly, but they took it off the bill, which is great customer service."

"We rented electric bikes to ride over to the castle a few miles away. The whole process was simple. We even got to relax at the pool for a little while. The staff was so accommodating and wonderful. Beds were comfy and clean. Really can’t complain."
