"We booked through Hotels.com needed a last minute overnight in Oban. The pictures of standard double rooms looked ok. On arrival the outside of the hotel was very shabby & the car park full of litter. Inside wasn’t much better, the bar had been upgraded & looked ok but we didn’t use it. Reception ..."
