"The cabin is nice the host very nice. No bathroom towel it’s was very cold At Night and there was a fire place box. With only 3 Logs that were Too big To light with out kindling. Maybe a bit more attention to detail. I would stay again. "

The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. "Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....

"There’s nothing I enjoy more than coming back to a place after two years and being remembered. Everyone was eager to provide anything I needed, from towels to every small detail. I truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the location is fantastic. If you’re going to Pucón, I don’t think you’ll find a better spot."
