"It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. "

"Clening girl was so nice and always welcomed us. The loft was so clean and everyday she came to remove garbage and ensure everything was okay. Good location but you need a car about 20 minute walk to Center Pucon. Above all safe secure grounds and loft was very y comfortable. Recommended "

"The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street."

"The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful).
