Solamente falta un poco en el tema de limpieza, y pero el que dieran el beneficio del 25% de descuento en las entradas l Parque Jaime Duque fue un plus que hizo que nos encantara la estadía en el hotel. When we requested Expedia to verify them they were also unable to contact them and Expedia never provided any protection to us as customers. This is an scam and Expedia was not empathetic with us or provided any useful resolution. Do not recommend to book here or hotels via Expedia. Awful and Terrible! "
