Hotel dekat Cunneen-Hackett Cultural Center

"The room smelled of smoke, the bed covers were old and the rugs were in need of a deep cleaning. The room we were issued did not resemble the photos on the website. We do not recommend staying at this location."

"Overpriced but quiet and nice bed."

"It was very satisfied staying expect mattress conditions. It was too soft. I really liked about BBQ grill & breakfast."

"We appreciated the convenience of having breakfast included with our stay. I would have to say that not having body soap available during our stay was an inconvenience. We had to go to the local store (Walmart) and purchase body soap. Another downside was that housekeeping did not come to clean our room daily. When we called to inquire about getting housekeeping to our room we were told by the front desk that the service is provided every three days. I would highly recommend that policy of...

"Lovely property, a very nice Hampton Inn"

"Good location, comfy bed, quiet, cute cats (outdoors), The shower was odd and not very strong. A small complaint."

"Quiet area and well maintained rooms."

"Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff with convenient cafe and water dispenser. Easy access to Poughkeepsie attractions."

"Room was very humid otherwise it was a nice stay at a reasonable price."

"There were a mix of pluses and minuses but on a whole once I checked in it was a good experience. The property is beautiful, my room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast and service in the morning was efficient and friendly. That being said it was impossible to get in touch with this staff beforehand and they’re running on a skeleton crew, with workers on the premises only a few hours a day. The restaurant, Henry’s, on the property is closed, the spa relocated and the bathroom in the...

"We stayed at the Best Western for a reunion weekend in Poughkeepsie. The hotel was at best, sub par. For the money that you pay per night, this is a grift! The bathroom was gross with the towel rack coming off the wall and an old phone that didn’t work hanging on its last leg in the bathroom. There was no hairdryer in the room and there wasn’t enough soap or shampoo for two people. Every time someone walked by our room, the door rattled and shook as if someone was trying to break in! Don’t get...

"Property was ok but tired and a bit dirty"
