A nossa experiência neste hotel foi regular. Fizemos a reserva com bastante antecedência, mas, ao chegarmos, fomos informados que havia apenas um quarto disponível, localizado no térreo, justamente onde estavam realizando reformas. Isso já causou um certo desconforto. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, não condizia com as fotos do site, e não possuía ar-condicionado, o que tornou a estadia um pouco desconfortável. Apesar disso, o quarto estava limpo e em boas condições. O hotel oferece estacionamento, porém ele é pago e não fica no local, o que não foi informado com clareza na reserva. Isso pode ser um ponto negativo para quem busca praticidade. O café da manhã era simples, sem grandes destaques. No geral, o custo-benefício valeu a pena. Não é a melhor opção para estadias mais longas ou planejadas, mas pode funcionar bem para quem precisa apenas de uma pernoite ou uma estadia rápida.

Minha quarta vez hospedado no hotel. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Quartos amplos e limpos, cama gigante e banheiro com ducha maravillosa. O hotel precisa de um pouco de manutenção, porém, pelo valor pago, é excelente. Café da manhã, não tem muita variedade, mas atende bem, tudo bem feito. Gostaria de deixar minha insatisfação com os novos quartos do andar CO. Os quartos são extremamente pequenos e parecem ser instalações provisórias, faltando acabamento nas portas, piso e mobiliário. Um casal de amigos, que confiou na minha recomendação, foi alocado num desses quartos e nem conseguiram dormir. Porém, no dia seguinte fizemos uma reclamação na recepção e fizeram a troca para um quarto normal

Não gostei! Manchas escuras nas paredes do quarto, lençóis sujos, é apenas uma colcha fina para o frio. Café da manhã, extremamente simples e superlotado. Pedi um quarto com cama de casal me colocaram em um com camas se solteiro.

Eu não tive grandes expectativas em razão de ter lido as avaliações. No entanto, basicamente nada do que li aqui teve relação com a estadia. O atendimento da recepção foi eficiente e cordial com destaque para a funcionária Karina. O café da manhã estava ótimo (sucos naturais, frios, cachorro quente, ovos mexidos, 2 opções de bolos, cereais, mel, nata, etc), pecando somente nas frutas (2 opções apenas). Quartos amplos, cama confortável e chuveiro maravilhoso. A roupa de cama/banho estava bem cheirosa e a limpeza foi eficaz. Bem localizado, em frente a estação rdodoferroviária e apenas alguns passos do Mercado Municipal. Precisa de reformas pontuais? Sim, precisa, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Ficamos 5 dias e quantas vezes retornar a cidade eu e minha família ficaremos aqui (estava com minha esposa, um casal de amigos, 2 bebês). Em síntese: o hotel cumpre bem sua função na categoria de 3 estrelas. Quem quiser mais do que isso, que pague mais caro em um hotel de categoria superior e faça as exigências proprias do patamar. É isso. Ótima experiência.
