Al viajar con 2 niños pequeños, contar con variedad en las 3 comidas fue primordial para nuestro disfrute, El personal de los restaurantes impecables, resaltando a Dorianna, Dalilla y William quienes hicieron nuestra estadía mucho más a gusto."

"The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup...

"The hotel was clean. The rooms comfortable. Easy to get to the falls from the nearby bus terminal. Breafast is fine and the area is ok. Pool bar staff (or to be fair one pool bar staff was very rude). Rest of staff very pleasant. Rooms cleaned well every day. Good staff. An unfortunate incident at the end which marred our stay."
