"An excellent place to stay. Resort style hotel with many great amenities. It is far from any food or shopping so a rental car is best. We used uber and taxis. Pool was clean and ordering food poolside was easy. Buffet breakfast was so good and the staff was very kind. Super clean property. Highly recommend."

"The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup...

"Here’s the deal: the room itself was spotless, and the hotel was definitely clean overall. Breakfast? Delicious. Plus, if you’re heading to the Iguaçu Falls, the location is on point. The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess....
