"The room and property itself was very nice. However, the communication from staff was extremely poor. At check-in we were advised there was a free shuttle to the airport, and we scheduled this on the spot. "This was our second stay at Palacio del Inka in the past year, and its biggest advantage is definitely the location. It is incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of so much of Cusco, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is quite large and sprawling, and at first it can feel a little like navigating a maze, but once you figure out the layout, it becomes much easier.
