Worst hotel in Cusco with the worst service This hotel should not even be rewarded a one star. It is dirty, the rooms have no windows and the standard of amenities and space in the rooms is worse than a below average hostel. The location of the hotel is at least a 30 minute walk - uphill, to the centre of Cusco. The breakfast is a piece of 3 day old bread, juice that has been sitting out for hours in the heat and a coffee machine which refills every hour.

They gave me a spacious room. Bigger than what I needed. Nice hot showers. Good breakfast. Good location. Lots of stairs. Room was cold. Heater didn't work. Coldest place I stayed while in Cusco.

Good night in Cusco

Entrance is a bit dim and faded but every other aspect is great. Pleasant staff and nice comfortable room and comfortable bed made for a very nice stay.

very basic hotel within walking distance to the centre of cusco. Great for value, less exciting for amenities. Breakfast was not worth sticking around for but as I seemed to be the only person staying in the hotel I'm not surprised. Hotels as quiet as this one should probably offer al a carte breakfast rather than buffet...

Value for money and nice hospitality

Good value for money the hotel is conveniently located, the room has what you need, comfortable bed, hot shower, adequate wifi and was quiet the reception warm and hospitable, they even packed us a breakfast for our early flight. Muchas gracias 😊

전반적으로 만족합니다

사진보단 별루입니다. 집을 개조해서 호텔로 한것같아요. 4인실이 단독룸에 방 2개, 화장실, 거실이 있어 넓고 집처럼 편했습니다. 아르마스 광장까지 걸어서 10~15분 걸려요. 물은 따끈하지 않아 샤워할때 조금 춥습니다. 아침은 기본 빵, 햄, 커피, 과일 2종류, 요거트, 씨리얼 입니다. 서비스는 요구하면 왠만한건 잘들어주지만 직원들의 영어가 좀 아쉽습니다. 바디랭귀지 섞어서 대화 가능합니다. 전반적으로 쿠스코 숙소중에서 중간 이상은 합니다.

Nice Hotel, clean and quiet. Close to the Plaza de Armas, about 6 blocks. The staff very nice and helpfull. The breakfast not excellent, acording with the price you are paying for. I will recommend it. We will be back.

사진보다 별로였다. 룸도 너무 작고 3층 방을 받아 올라다니기가 아주 힘들어서 음직일때마다 짜증났다. 가격대비 아주 별로 였지만 직원들은 아주 친절했다.

I booked this hotel due to the proximity to our tour agency. We needed a one night stay before we left for our excursion. We were delighted to be able to check in really early (for an extra fee). The hotel is pretty bare bones, but we just needed a place to stay after being awake and traveling for over 24 hours. We had to leave very early in the morning and they did not offer early breakfast like other hotels. The staff were friendly and we were able to leave our bags while we were gone. The WiFi seemed to work just fine. The shower water never got hot, but it was warm. The bed was comfy. As with every other hotel we stayed in in Peru, it was loud. Music, talking, noise from nearby businesses, some random lady singing for hours, it was all very annoying when you’re trying to rest. Overall, it provides shelter, but I likely would not choose to stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Cusco

The hotel is just about ten minutes walk from the Central Plaza (Plaza de Armas); not in a busy area but not too far out. Hotel staff were all great. I had requested a taxi, and they not only arranged, but when I boarded the taxi they called the driver and asked him to have ME talk with them directly to make sure he picked me up. I was very Impressed with their concern for perhaps my safety or may be just their excellent customer service standard. When I arrived at the hotel, they first offered to me cocoa leaf tea with the advice to not go out for a couple of hours for the body to get adjusted at 11,000+ feet. Room was very clean and nice. Free breakfast was excellent - they had made to order eggs, however guests wanted; plus fruit, cereal, bread, juice, coffee, etc.WiFi was good. I had a great stay in Cusco at this hotel.

Nice place to stay

Location was great, close enough to the plaza for a pleasant walk and also see some non tourist areas. The hotel is clean. Our family had 2 rooms, both were large, with comfortable beds. Showers were hot. There is a nice courtyard. The staff was very helpful, we were provided a sack of snacks one morning when we left the hotel at 5:30 a.m. The receptionists were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

I wouldn’t stay there again

I arrived at the hotel very early. They checked me in with no further information. At check out I found out that I have to pay 10 dollars extra. It would have been fine if they would let me know up front! The toilet was used and not cleaned. The worst thing was how the room (very small, inside the building with sort of windows in the corridor - so no sun into the room) was COLD!!! I cancelled my other night that I needed after coming bag from trek and choose another place. Breakfast was nice.

Hotel poco conocido pero muy bueno

Muy buen hotel. En el perímetro del área turistica pero muy central. Destaco a Myriam, encargada de la recepción muy dedicada y preocupada de nuestra estadia.

Mejor de lo que pensaba

Realmente me quedé muy contento con mi estadía, dormí bastante bien, el wi fi funcionaba muy rápido, el desayuno buenísimo, buen agua caliente y quizás la mayor fortaleza de este hotel es su personal, muy atentos, Elizabeth me ayudó a programar un tour, me ayudó con lugares donde comer e incluso tome los servicios de Luis un taxista con el que trabaja el hotel. Todo muy bien, no me puedo quejar de nada. Altamente recomendable.
